"Running is not cowardly thing" (30/10/2013)

The First Marathon of Murcia has hung the sign "locations are not" due to the great success that the showpiece has had on the city of Murcia.

Among the athletes who participate there are many fans, the Hospital La Vega offers a series of recommendations to reach the finish line after 42 miles.

Before the competition

Eat breakfast at least two hours before the race without changing our usual menu, so that the body receives the same intake that is used.

Drink plenty of water in small amounts and not abuse sugary drinks.
