The Days 'Flavors of the Region' show kitchen Huerta de Murcia (27/10/2013)

The Ministry of Culture and Tourism, through the Institute of Tourism shows Monday in Murcia (at 17:30 pm in the Aula Magna Tourism Qualification Center, Avenue Jeanne Jugan, 2), as part of their journeys 'Taste of the Region of Murcia', the kitchen of the Huerta de Murcia.

The conference entitled 'Huerta de Murcia: Tradition, taste, evolution' and will be taught by chefs Cayetano Gómez, the Casablanca restaurant, who made some eggplant cream, Ginés José Nicolás Rincón de Pepe, who show a stew vegetables, and David Major and Francisco Manuel Reyes of Restaurant Casino of Murcia, Murcia prepare a tortada and three 'small bites' (snacks), respectively.

Cycle sessions, aimed at promoting, training and research on the extent and richness of the regional gastronomy, are aimed mainly at professionals and students of hospitality and are free to fill seats.

In the design and coordination of the conference attended four gastronomic associations that currently exist in the region: Cultural Association of Chefs and Cooks of the Region of Murcia (Jecomur) Gastronomic Club Murcia (Amureco), Association Hospitality of the Region of Murcia (Hostemur-restaurants) and European Chefs (EUROTOQUES).

This is the penultimate round of 'Flavours of the Region of Murcia', which will end on November 18 with the session on the Middle and Eastern Vega.
