More than 300 women participating in a course on the property of the municipality (25/10/2013)

More than 300 members of 15 Centers for Women and Women's Associations, will participate in the training course you know our heritage, organized by the Department of Equality Policy and Development Cooperation.

Councilmember Equality Policy and Development Cooperation, Alicia Waterman, presented this evening courses García Alix Municipal Center partner to the Centers for Women of St. Mary of Grace and James and Zaraiche.

This course is part of the Department's offer to associations and Centers for Women in the municipality.

The workshop lasts 20 hours and make a historical survey of the most flourishing stage in Murcia art and culture throughout history whose objectives are:

- Know the contributions of women throughout history, for the creation and preservation of historical and artistic heritage of the town.

- Reflect on the role and status of women in history, encouraging the participation of women in wealth management.

- Visit and learn about monuments, museums and places of the town of historical, artistic and environmental.

This course will be held at the Women's Centers and Women's Associations Abenarabi, Torreagüera, Stables, La Paz, Santa María de Gracia, Santiago and Zaraiche, James the Greater, Beniaján, Pedriñanes, the Azacaya, St. Pius X, The Bojal , Vistabella, Association of Widows The Rosary of La Alberca and Separated Catholic Women Association.
