A new Supreme Court decision (Section 5, Administrative Board) supports the concept and legality of teleportation is to ratify the previous rulings of the High Court of Justice 574/2012 and 936/2012.
The court's decision stated that:

"
The Town Planning, Juan Antonio Bernabe, has indicated that the courts once again confirm the legality of the actions that have been carried out in the town, since in any case it transforms the ground, but it is protected.
