After ordination he held the following pastoral charges: from 1969-1973 was Coadjutor of the Parish of St. Peter the Apostle of Calasparra; during 1973 was Manager of the Parish of Santa Barbara Benizar (Moratalla), since 2000 was the Pastor of St. Rose of Lima in El Palmar (Murcia).
Before being named pastor of St. Rose of Lima was a contributor for many years in the parishes of Our Lady of Fuensanta, Patino, and the Parish of St. James, Murcia.
He was a member of the Council of Priests of the Diocese of Cartagena in the 2003-2006 triennium.
His remains are being blurred in the Rainbow Mortuary and funeral Mass, presided over by the Bishop, will be tomorrow, Tuesday at 16:30 am in the Parish of Santa Rosa de Lima, El Palmar (Murcia).
