Sports examines water facilities to prevent legionellosis (20/10/2013)

Murcia City Council controls all the sports facilities in order to prevent legionellosis.

It is a practice that is done periodically to allow users to play sport with confidence.

Control consists of cleaning, servicing and disinfection of facilities.

Also, analytical performed to determine the state of the hot water, cold water for human consumption and cooling systems and irrigation.

The City Council approved the contract documents and technical specifications for the procurement of this service for a period of two years.

The planned investment is EUR 230,000.
