The Convention Bureau City of Murcia has renewed the 'Q' Quality Tourism.
This certification guarantees that in all the services offered, applies criteria and procedures to ensure quality, professionalism and safety.
"In the tourism sector there is a demand meeting increasingly demanding, so that the application of these procedures is a better position in the market and, therefore, new and greater benefits for the town," said Ramon Palazón, manager of the convention bureau.
All the daily activity of the entity are articulated through which establishes a quality manual, which embodies the philosophy of work and the procedure to apply.
At the same time, its implementation involves a commitment to further improve services and raise real improvements that are valued each year.
This renewal is a step in the commitment to quality that keeps Murcia Convention Bureau since its founding.
One area that pioneered in 2005 becoming the first in the sector to obtain a certification awarded by the Spanish Tourism Quality Institute.
