The Socialist Party calls on House to cease headman of Santa Cruz than once before sheltering more outrages follow in the Garden (27/08/2013)

Socialist Party councilor, Jose Zapata, Mayor Chamber reiterates the call for immediate cessation of headman of Santa Cruz, Sigifredo Hernandez, for shelter, as chairman of the Board of Landowners, all kinds of outrages that are destroying the Huerta de Murcia , the latest in the ditch Pitarque of the Esparragal where some works have continued unlicensed piping despite the order of suspension of works issued by the Department of Planning.

The socialist mayor said, "We feel good that the Department of Planning has moved disobedience Landowners Board to court, but long ago I should have acted more forcefully against actions such as these."

For this reason, Zapata insists that it can not continue to represent the City Council a person who disobeys his orders with impunity and must be the mayor who curbed his disastrous management of Landowners Board.

Furthermore, the Socialist councilor will ask the Department of Works and Community Services audit the subsidy received by the Board of Landowners to maintain ditches Huerta de Murcia.

The socialist mayor recalled that in the last year, this number rose to 150,000 euros, and in view of the facts "we will ask for a review to see if it supports actions such as we saw in the ditch Pitarque".

Zapata also notes that the Socialist Group we will ask the City Council justifications for this grant in the past five years while cautioning that we will very aware of the actions of the Board of Landowners against the estate of the Garden.
