The Socialist councilor Andrea Garries regrets that already served six years without solutions to road safety problems in two crosses of the road to San Javier Torreagüera passing through.
Garries explains that for the elderly and disabled is especially dangerous to cross the road in two places: at the height of the bus stop 'The Dry Land', used daily by many neighbors, and at the intersection of New Street and Avenida Orchard St. Blas.
"Both are points with high traffic density and traffic light regulation is necessary, as there is in other parts of this road to cross safely.
The PSOE councilor explains that in the last term and was was raised this issue to the full City Council and in the latter the "socialist Torreagüera, aware of the situation, filed a motion in the Municipal Board in November 2011, without a date nothing has been done today.
In addition, the regional deputy Joaquín López presented an interpellation in the Regional Assembly for the Highways Agency to take the necessary measures to solve these problems face and facilitate all Torreagüera neighbors can cross safely.
