The Department of Equality Policy and Development Cooperation, directed Alicia Barquero, collaborating with the Organization of Women Entrepreneurs and Professionals (OMEP) to encourage women to take and offer training and advice.
Since 2012 we develop a business development program for women and promoting equality in enterprises and government with holding business motivation sessions, coinciding with the March 8, International Women's Day.
On this day we talk about aid for self-employment, entrepreneurs have shown their experience and initiatives of women selling through the network.
Also, it has developed a resource guide with all the information to undertake this program.
Boatman has highlighted the importance of this training reaches the members of the Women's Centers and Women's Associations because many of them are people with great skills to get started in the business world.
As a novelty, during the months of October and November will launch the program 'I want to be successful emprearia', by holding a workshop at the Center for Municipal Initiatives Murcia (CIM-M) in order to approach women whatever their status, the tools you need to incorporate entrepreneurship to their occupational choices by discovering their skills, access to basic knowledge and training required to undertake to make themselves known in a world increasingly technological and specialized.
Modules will be held discovering the talent in me, connected entrepreneurs in the network, you must know when to take leadership and foundations.
This initiative is aimed at unemployed women, immigrants, women in training, entrepreneurs, directors, entrepreneurs and anyone related to the proposed theme.
