In response to the demonstrations of the municipal group of UI on employment in the municipality of Murcia, the Department of Employment, Trade and Enterprise, led by José María Tortosa, is a reminder that keeps open all lines of action that has been created to promote employment , the main objective of the government team of the City of Murcia.

The municipal government's priority is to facilitate job creation.

Therefore, among other measures, the Council focuses its efforts both to entrepreneurs entrepreneurship in the maintenance and development of existing ones.

Thus, through our own initiatives and through generating other administrations, the City encourages the unemployed youth to complete their curriculum, to enter the labor market with training that will provide access to a job.

Moreover, the commitment to small businesses is a cornerstone in this action of government, in order to stimulate and support small businesses, whose work is essential to maintain employment and economic activity of the municipality.

The tools for the job propitiated from the Department of Employment, Trade and Enterprise are numerous:

1.

Guidance Service for job placement:

Since this service provides information to the job seekers to obtain a job through individual interviews and focuses on job search and facilitates business advice.

During the first seven months of the year, the City has received bids for 133 jobs related to hospitality, administrative, cleaning, commercial, entertainment, teaching, building and construction, and security guards.

With this service, 94 people enrolled in the local employment exchange formalized contracts.

Currently the local employment exchange has more than 13,000 job seekers.

Two.

Two agents of local development Employment and providing technical advice and support to businesses and entrepreneurs-About 50 in the last year-and-about 150 entrepreneurs -.

Through this area has created 11 companies aimed at tourism, hospitality, telecommunications, graphic design and industrial embroidery, among others.

They have also developed 86 training workshops for 672 participants.

Three.

Training Plan requested the Government of Spain, intended to train more than 1,900 people, with a total of 160,800 hours of training.

April.

Initial Professional Qualification Programmes 2011-2012 During this course the city of Murcia has taught Professional Qualification 11 programs to 157 youth of the town, aged between 16 and 20 years, who had dropped out of school and not studying nor working.

The City of Murcia, aware of the importance of training as a tool for personal development and labor integration, has been conducting programs of this nature, for young people, since 1992.

To date 162 have been completed about 2,360 profiles students.

For the academic year 2012/13 is expected the participation of 180 young people between 16 and 20 years, who have left their studies at ESO and lack of professional experience.

Through this program learn professions such as hairdressing, beauty, carpentry and plumbing, among others.

Business incubators: In the Municipal Initiatives Center (CIMM), which will open soon, will install a business incubator that will need to support entrepreneurs and companies begin their journey in the implementation and consolidation of their business .

June.

Empleaverde: Destined to generate economic activity and employment in the field of tourism in the Huerta de Murcia developing tourism products.

It seeks to encourage the conversion to organic farming by promoting the creation and development of new food markets, promoting green jobs or business lines related to the environmental sector.

July.

The observatory's Asomada Local Development and Employment advises on the implementation of a municipal public policies related to Employment, Trade and Business.

From this resource, including the Urban project for the neighborhood Espinardo the Holy Spirit, is advising the design, implementation and evaluation of a municipal public policies related to the areas of Employment, Trade and Business

August.

Lifelong guidance service in the municipal dela FICA and Stables, gateway to local employment services, where is the first contact for job seekers.

From there we design a customized itinerary to find work.

Also in the Training Center of El Palmar is located Workshop schools programs, Cofrisol Employment Workshop (mixed program of training and employment for the unemployed between 25 and 55 years) and PCPI, among others.

Training Workshops.

At present there are two that are running while employing a total of 83 workers / students.

Build the Police Barracks La Alberca and accessible youth center Juan de Borbón.

To date there are 15 vocational schools in the municipality, with an average of 60 students, which has led to the employment and training of 900 unemployed.

The City continues in this line and has called for the creation of two other schools, for the second phase of the juvenile dependency Juan de Borbon and maintenance of municipal buildings

Requests to the Autonomous Community of Professional certifications, so that the degrees are accredited recognized at national and European level for students trained by the city of Murcia.

Also requested training plans include the Autonomous Community over 70 professional profiles to form in the areas of business, management, energy, electricity, civil works catering, and transportation, among others, unemployed people

Proposal programming to SEF, which have been requested in the areas of organic farming, catering, kitchen, vehicle maintenance and installations of solar and thermal energy to train unemployed in these specialties to a total of 90 unemployed.

Contest has favored business projects 42 projects conducting business in the last four years

13.

SEF-Convention Training Hall Airport: A total of 330 students will be trained to work at the International Airport of Murcia.

Future workers exercised in airport security guards, administrators, cleaners, airport firefighters and maintenance technicians, among others.

Self-employment by awarding supplies placed in spaces

Citizen service at night, which employs more than 50 people to support neighbors in Murcia and in the districts of Corvera and Los Garres

Occupational Training Program, aimed at unemployed people registered at the offices of SEF, between 16 and 65 years, to acquire professional skills in a particular occupation, enabling their reintegration.

An average of 160 unemployed people participate each year.

Careers for career counseling, job listings management, advice on self-employment, among others.
