The City Council requests Seal Award Entity member of the strategy for the Entrepreneurship and Youth Employment 2013/2016 (31/07/2013)

The Department of Employment of the City of Murcia, led by José María Tortosa, asked Seal Award Entity member Entrepreneurship Strategy and Employment Youth 2013/2016.

A distinction awarded by the Ministry of Employment and Social Security agencies and organizations to promote the access of young people to the labor market and promote self-employment.

Once granted the label is valid until December 31, 2016.

The city of Murcia has maintained for years and includes programs that provide youth training and access to the labor market, by way of recruitment or entrepreneurship.

Municipal Employment Service participates in the following programs:

-Training with Training Workshop and Workshop on Employment, Vocational Training for Employment and Initial Vocational Training Program.

Entrepreneurship and self-directed to offer young people the opportunity to start professional projects that allow them to develop their skills and start their working lives and foster entrepreneurship, individual or collective.

It offers business training programs and workshop Workshop School Employment, Vocational Training for Employment and Initial Vocational Training Program.

It works with the employment exchange.

The Local Development Agents are responsible for promoting entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial care and support in the process of entrepreneurship.

The Stables Resource Center provides information, training and vocational guidance and entrepreneurs.

Municipal Initiatives Center (CIM-Murcia) is a space for entrepreneurs to develop their initiatives at the same time offering training courses and workshops.

-Equality.

The City Council also promotes equal opportunities designed to encourage labor market access to persons belonging to social exclusion risk.

From any program is contemplated and attends to these groups.

-Public-Private Partnerships.

It is developed through training programs the Department of Employment, which includes placements for their students.

-Collaboration with social partners.

The City has agreements with CROEM, UCOMUR, BDA AMUSAL and associations, ATA and UPTA.

Through the various employment programs, Local Development Agents and CIM-M to derive or accompany young people in their access to the labor market and self-employment.

-Agreement with the Employment Service.

The Consistory of Murcia has an agreement with the Employment and Training Service of the Autonomous Region for collaboration between the two administrations to develop a comprehensive employment services at the municipal level.
