The municipal groups PSOE and IU-Greens have written to Councillor Heritage, Cosme Ruiz, requesting a meeting with the municipal officers who have handled the case for the installation of a kiosk-bar Malecon Garden because after reviewing the documentation several issues remain to be clarified.
So Rosa and Ignacio Mar Tornel requested explanations regarding whether the kiosk-bar has all permissions.
In addition, both groups believe that the kiosk could be extended soon as the bid was awarded listed as one of the best accepted by the City to install a stage for performances and recreational activities develop, equipped with loudspeakers outside.
"We believe that it is best suited for a Botanical Garden is also part of a BIC environment," say both councilors.
"The Party should show more sensitivity to the environment because there is also a commitment not to alter the conditions of the Malecon Garden," conclude the political groups.
