University Students FOM (Germany) come to the UCAM (15/07/2013)

San Antonio Catholic University of Murcia (UCAM), has welcomed this morning the group of students of the prestigious German University Fachhochschle für Oekonomie & Management (FOM), at the opening of the third edition of the Doctoral School UCAM-FOM.

The event, which took place in the Chapter House of the University, has benefited from the intervention of Vice Dean of Business Administration Degree, Gonzalo Wandosell, the Vice President for Research, Estrella Nunez Grade Assistant Principal in ADE, Mercedes Carmona and professor at the FOM University of Applied Sciences, Thomas Heupel.

The Doctoral School UCAM-FOM is a school for the training of doctors, formed in 2011 from the Catholic University San Antonio and the University Fachhochschle für Oekonomie & Management (FOM).

The Doctoral School UCAM-FOM allows students of this prestigious institution in Germany, specializing in training programs Marketing, Economics and Business Administration, obtain the European Doctor degree from the Catholic University San Antonio, in the field of Business, Economics and Finance.

The Dean's Degree in Business Administration, Gonzalo Wandosell has assessed very positively this collaborative project between the University UCAM and FOM, and he asserted that international collaboration between both universities resulting in a mutual enrichment and researcher.

"The doctoral thesis, which will focus on the field of Social Sciences, Law and Company, will be held in English and Spanish, will each co-directors, one in Spain and one in Germany and will be defended at the Catholic University" , explained Wandosell.

Moreover, the Dean, has stressed that "this is the third edition and is a fantastic collaboration between two European universities under the umbrella of the Bologna process. Constitutes a quality collaboration within the European framework for research and future publication of research papers in journals of impact. "

Note that German students remain in the UCAM until next July 28.
