The Administrative Litigation Division of the High Court finds in favor of the Personnel Board of the City of Murcia.
The Personnel Board filed a lawsuit against the city of Murcia by the decision not to negotiate the creation of various places and workplaces as well as leaves changing functions and budget needed to provide these places, which were adopted by resolution of Full Murcia City Council dated July 24, 2008.
