The spokesman for IU-Greens in the city of Murcia, Esther Herguedas, today criticized the government team to eliminate that specific bonuses enjoyed in summer pools municipality.
These bonuses were set at 25 percent for young people 50 percent for large families in general category and 90 percent for special category and 75 percent for people with disabilities, pensioners and low-income retirees.
Herguedas explained that, paradoxically, the council has decided to keep the bonus of their teaching and rental of their sports but deleted the entire block of tickets for members of their pools.
It has also drawn attention to the bathroom itself is subsidized in privately run swimming pools, such as Inacua sports center, and it is not in public management facilities.
"With this measure, the City tax collection increases pressure on families and lower-income citizens who are forced to spend the summer in Murcia and now they will have more difficulties to alleviate the effects of heat and crisis," concluded .
