The municipalities of the Region and the University of Murcia collaborate in conducting and funding research projects in the field of tourism.
This is one of the aspects of the collaboration agreement signed this morning Murcia Mayor and President of the FMRM, Miguel Angel House, and the Rector of the University of Murcia, José Antonio Cobacho, in the presence of Bernardino Benito, director of the School of Tourism.
The agreement provides advisory activities, research, training or otherwise, for the benefit of both parties, especially in the tourism sector, through the School of Tourism of Murcia.
Among other things, cooperation includes, in addition to conducting research, developing outreach programs and social awareness, training, practices and programs students FMRM centers, participation in seminars and courses organized by UMU, exchanging mutual information and advice on issues related to tourism activities.
