The Municipal Council for Cooperation and Solidarity has renewed NGOs that are part of this organization.
The NGOs will be represented for one year are Fade, Action Fire, Blue in Action Foundation CEPAIM, IDC and Karit Solidarity for Peace.
These associations were chosen after conducting a raffle with all NGOs who want to join the Council.
The City provides grants to projects that are developed in Latin America and the Caribbean, North Africa or West Africa, and contribute to sustainable human development by improving peoples living conditions of its people and meeting their basic needs.
The Council is chaired by Councilwoman Equality Policy and Development Cooperation, Alicia Waterman, and composed of representatives of the three political groups represented in the municipality.
