The University of Murcia, in the activities organized by the World Environment Day, to be held tomorrow, Wednesday, June 5, has joined the campaign of the United Nations Program for the Environment aims to raise awareness on the need to reduce food waste and loss.
In the cafeterias at the campus is going to spread the campaign slogan, "Think. Aliméntate. Saves", and undergraduates will participate through social networks in the contest that will reward the most original environmental tips.
In addition, other activities will be held on the campus of Espinardo, as a workshop of recycled plastic bottles, tree planting and a cast of green plants.
