HUERMUR requests the City of Murcia to explain as has been possible to build some social venues in public gardens vegetable garden clubs (03/06/2013)

Huermur apparently, from the city of Murcia have consented and possibly illegal actions authorized for certain vegetable garden to rocks that have been allowed to build their headquarters on public parkland for the development of their activities.

The last known case is in the hamlet of New Javalí, which has destroyed and occupied part of a garden to build a large building, turning what was a green area for public use in a building for private use and enjoyment for members a rock orchard.

From Huermur states that the law should be equal for all, and that in the same way that no citizen or company can build your home or venue where convenient, but must do so where the law authorizes him, not a rock orchard can build anywhere.

For this reason the organization supports research initiated by the prosecution on this matter.

It also has asked Huermur city of Murcia to explain as has been possible to build these buildings in public gardens and if you used grant money to pay those expensive municipal likely illegal constructions.
