Six young men are vying Creajoven Gastronomy final (22/05/2013)

Six young chefs compete for the final morning of the Fair Municipal Creajoven Gastronomy.

The finalists presented dishes of Murcia giving a personal touch and original.

Participants will begin to cook at 18 am at the Center for Tourism Qualification.

Once completed your recipes the jury the test and will announce the winners.

The finalists are:

- Juan Azorin Hernandez Mullet spiral over huertano cake with lemon foam

- Juan David Gonzalez Azor with gypsy pot my way and chickpea spaghetti with vegetables fondantes

- Antonio Reyes Rubio Taboule Murcia

- Jose Angel Sanchez Martinez with vegetables from the garden in textures

- Adrian Novas Piñero with Michirones 2.0

- Sergio de Gea Marcos Ravioli pasta with squid ink fresh and salty bacon stuffed flat Murcia

The jury is chaired by the Councillor for Sports, Youth and Tourism, Miguel Cascales, and consisting of Francisco José García Gómez, David Lopez Carreno, Patxi Larrosa Sancho, Juan Antonio García Gil.

The Secretary is the Chief Cultural Revitalization Program and Educational Juan Albaladejo.

Awarded a first prize of 1,000 euros and two accesits of 350 euros each.

In addition, it will publish a cookbook with dishes prepared by the winners.

The jury will consider the design, development, complexity, plate presentation, harmony of ingredients and taste qualities.
