Conferences and workshops to address the rich cuisine of the Arab, Jewish and Christian, in Murcia Three Cultures Festival (14/05/2013)

The Mediterranean diet and its influence on the three cultures is the focus of a series of lectures and culinary workshops to be held from 22 to 25 May at the Festival Murcia Three Cultures.
