The Governing Council has agreed the sale of a building of the Community located on Avenida de La Libertad de Murcia for an amount of 6.698 million euros.
The premises, which have ground floor and basement, were assigned by direct award to the company Garunter Estate SL The regional government continues in this way with the implementation of the actions envisaged in the Finance Plan 2012-2014 Rebalancing for resources additional.
Currently, the premises are occupied by offices of the Ministry of the Presidency.
Specifically, it is the Documentation and Information Centre, the Corporate Office of the Ministry and the office of 'Europe Direct'.
These services will be relocated to other spaces used for administrative, community property, located across the street from Murcia Isaac Albéniz.
Also, on the ground floor is home to the station Onda Regional de Murcia, under the Broadcasting Public Entity of the Region of Murcia, which will move to any of the alternative spaces jointly studying the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the entity public.
