A new approach to Murcia workshop processing techniques of historical meatloaf (02/05/2013)

The course will be taught by master pastry chefs and will be held in the evenings. |

Learn a trade, keep a historical tradition, recover original recipes or simply have a good time.

Either approach will find answers at the Second Workshop meat pies, promoted by the Department of Employment, led by José María Tortosa, in collaboration with the Association of Friends of Meat Loaf after the success during the celebration of the first workshop, attended by more than 100 Murcia.

The second workshop, in priority, aims to bring the secrets of this gastronomic gem to those who want to know the techniques of preparing one of the traditional delicacies in the city of Murcia.

The course is open to anyone who is interested in Murcia matter.

The second course will be taught by different pastry chefs in the city, to be determined by the Regional Association of Pastry Murcia.

It is expected that the conclusion of the workshops were carried out in principle and according to the applications received from May 13, the Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday evenings, to facilitate access to a wider range of stakeholders.

The workshop will run until the last week of the month.

Participants will have free with all the raw materials needed to prepare the meat pies and discover all its production process, from the preparation of the dough and filling her firing, including remote leafless technique that allows preparing the puff feature coiled cover.
