The hamlet of La Murta celebrates its fiesta in honor of the Holy Cross.
On Wednesday, May 1, is devoted to child playground with mats, at 11.00 hours, lunch for kids, at 14.00, and magic show Magic by John, at 17:30.
At 1830 hours we have organized a lunch for attendees, and 20.30 there will be a dance entertained by the duo Chakara.
On Thursday, May 2, is dedicated to seniors with food for Senior Club members, in the Sale El Campo.
At 21.30 hours in the village will install a plaque tribute to former bakers of the parish, at 22.30 act Maribel Castillo, with his show of Spanish song, and finish the evening with the adornment of the Holy Cross and chocolate muffins .
On Friday, May 3, marks the day of the Holy Cross, patron of La Murta.
At 10 am there firing rockets and parades.
From 11am presents the Cruces de Mayo, and 12.00 will be a mass sung in honor of the Holy Cross.
At 13.30 hours is planned the traditional dance of Vermouth, enlivened by the band The Fresh, and 1430 hours a barbecue for everyone.
In the afternoon, at 16.30 the coral acts Federica Montseny, at 19.30 is the procession of the Cross, at 21.30 there is a fellowship dinner, and ends the day with a dance orchestra entertained by the 80 - 90 Project, and the election of Mister and Miss Guest 2013.
On Saturday, May 4, has organized a day dedicated to young people.
At 11 am begins a hiking route through the mountains of Carrascoy.
At 18 hours the school dance act of María José Martínez Prieto, and 22 hours masquerade orchestra entertained by the New Sound.
Prizes will be awarded for 80 euros, 40 euros and 20 euros, for the best costumes.
The night will end with hot bread tasting oil.
The Murta Rociero celebrated on the Sunday, May 5.
At 10 am a parade of carriages and horses, at 13 am, Mass Rociera, and 14 hours with acting giant paella rociero group of Totana.
In the afternoon, at 17.30, act Lolita Torres and their dolls, and end the party with a huge fireworks display.
All performances are held in the tent of the holidays.
The 2013 youth pestles are María Jesús Pagán Nuñez, Mara Barreto Pagan Nicholas and Ana Belén Nuñez.
