The City again, for the 17th year running, to call the school poster competition for environmental theme.
The Department of Environment and invites students of Primary and ESO to paint their drawings based on the theme 'Water for Life' as the General Assembly of the United Nations has proclaimed 2013 as the International Year of Cooperation in the Field of Water.
Its aim is to show the potential that involve increased cooperation, and disseminate the challenges facing water management, mainly due to increased demand.
With this resolution is to contribute to sustainable development of water resources.
In carrying out the posters can be used all kinds of materials and painting techniques and presented in A-3 size.
Open to all Primary and Secondary students enrolled in any public educational institution, private or subsidized Murcia or students studying in a center outside the municipality reside there.
The posters will be made individually, and each school will present a maximum 10 originals of each of the categories to be established.
The work will be delivered or sent to the Environment Service, C / Abenarabi, No. 1 - A, 4th floor, office 21 before May 13.
In each contain a clear sign a slogan, message or title that will also go on the outside of a sealed envelope containing the author's name and age, school and course to which it belongs, and the address and telephone number and person center contact.
The categories provided are:
First: First year of primary school (1st and 2nd).
Second: Second Cycle of Primary Education (3rd and 4th).
Third: Third year of primary school (5th and 6th).
Fourth: First Cycle ESO (1st and 2nd).
Fifth: Second Cycle ESO (3rd and 4th).
There will be a first, second and third prize by category, consisting of a certificate and a prize for the poster and a prize of a lot of books worth 160 euros and commemorative certificate for the school which the pupil had obtained first prize.
