The House unanimously ratify again the need to bury the train tracks (25/04/2013)

The Full Council of Murcia, in extraordinary session, unanimously ratified the agreement in plenary, adopted last October, in defense of the underground, which expressed the "indispensable necessity of burying the railway tracks in the terms of the agreement signed between the three administrations, dated June 22, 2006 ".

Furthermore, in October it was agreed "that the Special Plan del Carmen is the basic development tool in establishing the project, and reiterate the importance of the high speed train set within the municipality of Murcia, without interfering or project conditional burying the railway tracks for which should be made the necessary changes in basic construction projects, to ensure that the high speed train in any surface occur in the section in which it was intended to bury " .

Also approved "require the Ministry of Public Works, unless the payment to the dispossessed, the main priority of this municipality on investment is the underground train tracks".

The extraordinary plenary session held this morning also establish public advocacy and institutional agreement adopted in October.

At the plenary session held last January also approved the ratification of the agreement of October 2012, and clarify the actions Promotion is performing "on the provisional or not the station, on the second phase and the paralysis of the projects involving the high speed train in surface and therefore would be against the burial, and that the Ministry of Public clarify how interim station connects the Mediterranean Corridor ".
