Socialist Party councilor, Juan Patricio Castro, defend a motion in Parliament this month demanding the PP writing, within six months, the Special Plan for the protection of the monumental and emblematic Paseo del Malecon, to comply Article 7.3.1 of the General Urban Plan of Murcia so provides.
