The fourth Circus Theatre staged reading of Murcia focuses on World Book Day (15/04/2013)

In order to project the citizens in Murcia, Murcia Circus Theatre, in collaboration with the Union of Actors in the Region of Murcia, is launching a new initiative, the Teatro Timely cycle, a series of thematic readings represented by groups that are related with the topic, under the title: dramatic readings.

Timely Theatre.

It is a cycle with readings represented that, based texts that relate to social issues of particular interest, is to provide four to five meetings each year on dates to be announced promptly.

In this case, nothing more appropriate to celebrate the International Day of the Book.

The ever curious coincidence of the deaths of the two great geniuses of literature, Cervantes and Shakespeare, despite the corrective of different calendars in use, move the Hispanic world to develop, around April 23, a series of events that enhance the value of reading and appreciation to this great man of letters who was the author of Don Quixote.

According to its author, Miguel draws Will "into the intriguing possibility that Shakespeare read Don Quixote characters find in the novel as gigantic as his, was obsessed with them and try, somehow, bring them to the theater ... no more, no less than in the last years of his life, when he had written all his work ".

The staged reading will be on Tuesday, April 16, at 19 pm at Teatro Circo Murcia.

Since this tribute is raised from the stage of a theater, nothing beats the drama to demonstrate the many commonalities between Cervantes and Shakespeare.

And among the many possibilities offered by subject and creators have chosen a security in being the most suitable for the cycle and the spectators interpret a text that recreates a great match between these two freaks of nature, and used to recreate in fiction the many human and imaginary ties that united his two literary productions.

The readings will be performed by actors and actresses of the Region of Murcia, and run by professionals of particular importance.

Each work will be offered in a single function, and will be recorded by Onda Regional, after the broadcast.
