The Municipal Board of the district of El Carmen has enabled an email: limpieza.elcarmen @ gmail.com for neighbors to communicate incidents related to cleaning they detect in the neighborhood.

This email is started so that neighbors have a direct, agile, quick to communicate effectively and to detect deficiencies, as explained by the president of the Municipal Board, Michelangelo Saura.

After receiving the email, the Municipal Board is placed directly in contact with Cespa to resolve the incident.

This initiative adds to others that the City has as www.alumbradopublicomurcia.es or www.insitumurcia.es websites where citizens can report incidents of street lighting and road, respectively.
