Lopez Iniesta requires that you to negotiate immediately to avoid a bus strike in middle of Holy Week (22/03/2013)

Socialist Party spokesman, Pedro López, today demanded the councilor for Transport, Javier Iniesta, to fulfill its obligations and take the lead in the negotiations between the company Transportes de Murcia and workers to prevent a strike at the service Public buses full of Easter.

Lopez has been surprised today by the media statements Councilman Javier Iniesta in ensuring that "not mediate because that's not my job" when he has negotiated in previous conflicts with the company Latbus.

Socialist spokesman recalled that so far "all councilors of Transportation City of Murcia, in cases of this type have been rolled up to negotiate with the various parties."

"Or you have reduced the powers of the City Transport has very poor memory or because the predecessors in office have sat themselves to avoid the strike because it is an issue that is part of his responsibilities as head of public transport in the town Murcia, "said Lopez.

For the Socialist spokesman "that Murcia suffer a new transport strikes would be the worst image that may be tourists who come to our city during Holy Week and the Spring Festival, so we urge House and Iniesta to exhaust all avenues before they get to produce the conflict. "

Finally, Lopez notes that "public transport users always pay the bad management of the PP, both at City Hall and in the autonomous region, which have made use of the bus in a service rarely used in the municipality of Murcia".
