A device set of local police, fire and civil protection ensure safety at Easter and Spring Festival (22/03/2013)

The Department of Safety and Human Resources has already made detailed programming and special device details Local Police, Fire and Civil Protection for Easter and Spring Festival with which it seeks to respond to the events planned, providing the necessary conditions for everything can develop within normal levels of security and normalcy.

The basic tasks to be carried out from Local Police will:

- Regular traffic in the vicinity of the routes, facilitating the movement of public road users affected.

- Protect public safety in general.

The Service Firefighting and Rescue Murcia City Council mobilized during Easter processions to a total of 81 people (9 sergeants, nine corporals, 45 firefighters and 18 drivers) that will join the staff who usually stands guard over the firehouses.

Specifically, the special plan for Murcia Fire these days is as follows:

- On Friday, March 22 (Good Friday) from 19:00 retainer device is mounted in Gran Vía Sculptor Salzillo, Madre de Dios street corner with a total of 9 troops.

If it is important to develop the parade itself, it is the location of personnel in so-called shadow zones, that prevent and respond immediately to whatever actions are necessary in public safety and welfare in the vicinity of the route.

It has to do with 9 motorized units strategically located in streets or areas with difficult access for vehicles.

These units will be complemented by other 5 units "Victor", which in a broader swath extension will cover all the way, giving the necessary support.

During the day the Bando de la Huerta's on 02 April, will serve 358 local police officers of Murcia.

Firefighters mounted, from 10 hours a safety device that will end at 21 am at the launch of fireworks.

It mobilized a total of 28 people (1 officer, 1 sergeant, 4 corporals, 17 firefighters and 5 drivers), plus the 36 on duty, over 6 vehicles and covering among others the Grand Tronaera to be held at 14 : 00 hours in Plaza Circular, the parade of the Bando de la Huerta will begin at 17:00 and the fireworks display that will fire at 21:00 pm in the Plaza Circular.

The vehicles will be located in Plaza Santo Domingo, Madre de Dios Street, Liberty Avenue, Plaza Circular, the Malecon Garden and Plaza Martinez Tornel.

In addition there will be two Civil Defence volunteers for each of the escape routes and two for each of the shaded areas reaching a total of 52 volunteers.

Burial of the Sardine

During this day also will feature Civil Protection members placed two each of the escape routes and two for each of the shaded areas in total coming to 48 volunteers
