The government team claims that those affected by evictions not have to pay capital gains tax (20/03/2013)

The Board of Governors approved an initiative that will municipal plenary for endorsement and transferred to the National Government to be exempted from the obligation to pay the capital gains tax in cases of foreclosure for non-payment of their normal residence because of economic inability of families.
