The race for Parkinson back in April to raise awareness about this disease Murcia (20/03/2013)

The popular race solidarity Run for Parkinson's returns to Murcia on April 14 to encourage Murcia to join in the fight against this disease and to join forces to combat, helping sufferers and their families and caregivers.

Departure will be from the Liberty Avenue at 10.30 am, and will travel Fran Way, Lieutenant Flomesta, Ronda de Garay, Segura River Avenue and back to Plaza Fuensanta Gran Vía.

Skaters, bikers, runners and walkers will gather to join their voices in awareness of this disease.

A total of 21 companies and public and private entities, including the city of Murcia, collaborate in this activity.

Collaborate in her El Corte Ingles, CajaMurcia, El Pozo Murcia FS, Estrella Levante, Coca-Cola, Aqua Service, Patatas Rubio, SJ Sound, Sound Rivet, Charts Galindo, Flodisa, NH Hoteles, Lictecmur, Murcia Sports Radio Association Television and the Region of Murcia, Crono 3, Murcia City Hall, and City of Lorca, and national sponsorship HP companies, Laboratories and Lundbeck Parkinsosn World Congress.

The campaign "Run for Parkinson" is an action of social and solidarity with the millions of people suffering from Parkinson's disease worldwide.

Due to its characteristics, is an act that is the heritage of the entire group of people and families affected, that can be organized without geographical restrictions, thanks to caring people and able to carry out volunteer activities.

It is also an act of civic participation and an opportunity to attract new partners for the organizations involved in the campaign, which aims to improve the quality of care for people affected and support research.
