Approval of the streets that are part of the itinerary of the processions of Holy Week (08/03/2013)

All ready for the streets included in the various routes of the processions are in perfect condition.

The councilors Rafael Gomez (Culture), Ana Martinez Vidal (Quality Urban and Infrastructure) and José Arce (Works and Community Services), accompanied by Antonio Ayuso, president of the Council of Fraternities and other members of the same and different municipal technical services have made this morning the traditional route through the streets of the city to show the improvements that are necessary to perform ahead of Easter and remove any obstacles that could impede the different brotherhoods parade.

The Department of Urban Quality comes, for weeks, carrying out various activities to improve the image of the streets on the occasion of the processions.

Thus, we have undertaken the cleaning of posters and stickers on the facades of the streets:

Similarly we have proceeded to clean all the windows of the streetlights located on itineraries that roam the processions in the next Easter.

According to forecasts, in two weeks will be installed Murcian stickers with images in low disused Tatters Street, Calderon de la Barca and Serrano Palace.

Moreover, in the course, and as previously stated this morning, removing make pivots, containers and cables, and pruned trees.
