The Department of Nutrition and Health launched by the UCAM next to Gallina Blanca Star group has welcomed this morning's celebration of the 'Scientific Session I: Research on nutrition as a driver of innovation in the food industry.'
During the opening has been the Vice President for Research of the UCAM, Nuñez Star and director of the Chair, Alicia Gonzalez.
The rector explained that this chair has been created to have an environment that "working with the food industry, in this case with Gallina Blanca, both in research and teaching."
