"New Insights Internet journalism in Spain" is the title of the lecture to be held on 5, 6 and 7 March, at 12 am in the Auditorium of the School of Communication and Information Studies, University Murcia.
In the last five years, coinciding with the systemic crisis has accelerated the decline of audience and circulation of printed newspapers.
In parallel, have emerged or have settled electronically function as alternatives to other media information in clear decline.
Native Newspapers Internet, which are published exclusively on the web, have proliferated and offer opportunities for different information.
The series aims to provide some clues about these issues.
The activity will begin on Tuesday, March 5, with the conference "Data journalism and citizen initiatives" by Ana López data journalist and former head of projects CIVIO Citizen Foundation.

The series is coordinated by José Luis Vidal Coy, professor of the School of Communication and Information, and is organized by the Department of Information and Documentation of the School and Classroom Debate, Cultural Services, Vice President for University Extension and eGovernment.
