The Mountaineering Federation of the Region of Murcia this weekend gave the Environment Councillor, Adela Martinez Cachá, his letter of support for the candidacy of the Biosphere Reserve of the Sierras and Murcia Golf.

The event took place last Saturday in the Plaza de las Moreras in the Majal Blanco City Park, with the presence of President of the Federation, Antonio Ruiz, and a large representation of the federated clubs.

Antonio Ruiz said that with the act Mountain Federation wanted to show their support "to a very beneficial initiative for Murcia and has the full backing of the sports sector of the mountain."

After the ceremony was performed by the Majal Blanco route, with the rise to Eagle Peak.
