The Unit for Equality between Women and Men of the University of Murcia opens next Monday, March 4, the Third week for Equality, which will feature presentations and panel discussions on this matter.
The week will open on Monday at 10:00 pm in the Faculty of Law Faculty, with the inauguration of an exhibition "The other half of Science", the Women's Institute, while the next day, in the School of Communication and Information, will be a panel discussion on "Women and Science Communication."
In the interview, which starts at 11:00 am, intervene Mary Martin, Chitina Moreno-Torres, Amalia Lopez, Fuensanta Carreres and Ana Maria Martin Luque and moderation will be undertaken by Inmaculada Martínez.
Also on Tuesday, at the Faculty of Economics and Business, will open an exhibition on "Women and Science: 13 names to change the world", the National Research Center on Human Evolution.
Day six will be held at 19:00 pm in the Chamber of Arts, the second panel, which will be dedicated to "The Science of Women at the University", involving Josefina Garcia, Maria embodies Nicolas Conception Martin, Maria Rosario Vidal-Abarca and Encarna Serna.
The week includes, for March 7, a law conference on "Women's access to science education in Spain" by Maria Angeles Delgado.
The conference will conclude on Friday with the reading of the manifesto by the International Women Day Network Units Gender Equality for academic excellence.
