National Police agents have recovered eleven lithographs false, attributed to Salvador Dalí, and they were on sale at various websites.
The operation began following the intervention in October last year of several bogus lithographs were also offering Internet and were recovered in the framework of Operation "Dalí Murcia".
The data obtained at the time investigators Judicial Police Provincial Brigade of Murcia continued to practice steps that led to the localization of these forged works, which were offered at a price of 1,600 euros each, and they were operated in several places in the province of Barcelona, ​​in collaboration with experts from the Heritage Group of the National Police in Barcelona.
Alongside lithographs, oil has been recovered from the Baroque period attributed to the painter Félix Castelló, which offered a price of 35,000 euros and has been deposited in the National Museum of Art of Catalonia for review and authentication.
The lithographs have been submitted for consideration by experts Salvador Dalí Foundation of the city of Figueras (Gerona).
