Ángel González Hernández, who was Professor of Educational Policy and International Education at the University of Murcia, has been the subject today, Wednesday 16, a posthumous tribute from this educational institution.
The act of remembrance was held at the Lecture Giner (Espinardo campus), where one of their classrooms will be named "Professor Ángel González Hernández".
The tribute was attended by the rector, José Antonio Cobacho, the widow, Anne Marie Sarlet Gerken, and the Dean of the Faculty of Education, Martin Concepcion.
Similarly, José María García Ruiz intervened, secretary of the Board of the Spanish Society of Comparative Education, of which he was president Professor Ángel González, Fernando Vicente Jara, professor in the Department of Theory and History of Education at the University of Murcia , and Rafael Antonio González, deputy minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology of the Dominican Republic.
At the end of the act, the audience gave a book to fellow University have dedicated to Professor honored.
