Two judgments of the High Court described as the process of impeccable conventions Northern Zone (12/01/2013)

Nuria Fuentes recalls that all administrative processes are supported by Consistory always favorable independent technical reports.

The spokesman of the government team, Nuria Fuentes, recalled this morning that, in compliance with the law, all administrative procedures that are performed in the city of Murcia are supported by favorable independent technical reports, but to date has any decision that does not meet this requirement.

Sources pointed out that the lawfulness of the processing of the Northern agreements was also supported by two judgments of the Court of Justice of Murcia (TSJ).

The sentences to which reference is made are as follows:

1.

Judgment of the Court of Justice of Murcia dated December 30, 2005, number 983/05.

2.

Judgment of the Court of Justice of Murcia dated July 16, 2006, n º 461/06.

The spokesman added that the two judgments of the Court of Justice confirmed, twice, the full force of the General Urban Plan of Murcia, including the management of the North, and in great detail the planning agreement which was derived New Condomina corresponding partial plan, approved by the affirmative vote of the Popular Party and PSOE.

Sources also pointed out that, in the case of New Condomina, approval of the project was discussed and approved by all councilors People's Party and the Socialist Party that made the City Council of Murcia.
