Ruben Juan Serna UPyD Murcia recalls that proposed in the last session of the month December 2012 to take into account the level of income "to extend aid to other more needy at this time of crisis."

The magenta training initiative was to revise the system of grants and subsidies to large families in order to apply only to those families who do not achieve a certain level of income, and that the amount saved with this measure should be earmarked for other families who without the large family category, have minimal resources and income.
