The remaining local-restaurants, pubs, discos, which have open license must respect the usual capacity for safety reasons, since not licensed to enlarge.
Finally, the licensed facilities that lack of openness not have permission mandatory to organize such celebrations.
Among the requirements for temporary facilities for New Year's Eve party and Monarchs are presenting general descriptive memory of the activity level of the local environment of the signaling pathways, floor plan with distribution of uses, with signaling plane fire protection facilities and approvals of relevant professional bodies.
These requirements were published on November 12, 2012 and the deadline for submission of the required documentation was closed on 30 March.
