The Temple of Jeronimos, UCAM headquarters, received yesterday, Sunday 16, commemorating the day of Our Lady of Caacupé, patroness of Paraguay.
A celebration in which citizens met Paraguayan who came from different parts of the region, as the Paraguayan community residing in Fuente Alamo, Murcia, and representatives of the cultural association Paraguayan Murcia, also arrived from Malaga or Alicante neighbors.
Likewise, the Deputy Consul General of Paraguay in Malaga, Paola Silveira, was another participant.
The event, organized by the International Institute of Charity and Volunteer John Paul II, there was a welcoming ceremony, followed by a procession with the image of the Virgin Blue Caacupé by pergolas near the campus of the UCAM up to the Temple, and later saw the Eucharist in which also participated UCAM president, José Luis Mendoza who dedicated a few words to those present.
