The next day opens January 2 deadline to apply for the installation of a bar in Spring Festival (14/12/2012)

On January 2 opens the deadline for owners of hotel establishments requesting the installation of a bar in the street on the Bando de la Huerta and the Burial of the Sardine.

The term runs until January 31.

The request shall be made in the standard model instance available in the General Register of the City of Murcia, Department of Public Roads (at Avda Ibn cArabi) and Hostemur (Acisclo Diaz, 5 C - 3 º).

Only rod holders may request public catering establishments that have no outstanding debts to the government.

The request must include:

- Name and personal details of the owner of the establishment, as well as the trade name of the establishment.

- Total linear meters of bar to be located in the front or in the space authorized furniture, also may request to install grab bars inside the main bar.

The application shall include the opening license.

- The application shall specify if it is for the Bando de la Huerta, the Burial of the Sardine or both days.

The schedule is set for assembling and dismantling of the bar will be:

- For the Bando de la Huerta, mounting from 7 in the morning of the same day and disassembly: starting at 00'00 hours.

- Burial of the Sardine, mounting from 7 in the morning of and removal from the 3 am the next day.

It is mandatory to have the facility open to install the requested bar and rods apply strictly prohibited in or adjacent premises other than those authorized as bars and restaurants.

In the bar the poster display identification and notification of the ban on selling alcohol to under 18.
