The first point has been addressed has been improving tram schedules.

The company has worked Murcia tram in conducting user surveys which allowed mapping of travel behavior, which in turn result in further changes to meet the needs of service to travelers.

The changes that have now been put on the table are:

- Reduction of the frequency of passage for those high-traffic rush hours, which are the point of first thing in the morning and noon.

The objective of this first adjustment is to give customers more trams stop and time, which on the other hand also helps improve ride comfort convoys going less saturated.

Before, between 8 and 21 hours, the frequency was 10 minutes and to maintain this now adding a reinforcement frequency between 8 and 9 with a frequency of less than 10 minutes, reaching up to 7 minutes.

Besides maintaining this frequency and add a booster between 13 and 1530 hours with a frequency of 9 minutes.

- Lengthen step frequencies for those little slots influx.

As late in the day.

This is pursued optimize resources, reducing energy expenditure in times of little movement.

- Finish later on Fridays and Saturdays.

This is a suggestion forwarded by many users because although passenger demand late in the day is not very high, it is essential to extend the end of service on certain days.

This improvement is realized in an hour extending the closing service on Friday and Saturday.

So, the last tram these days happen an hour later than usual (00:57 by Circular Square).

So, we have tried a modification of beam 17 (Plaza Circular-Station Hospital Reina Sofia del Carmen), proposed by the Municipal Board of Vistabella, to circulate by Lieutenant Flomesta Avenue instead of the Avenida Infante Juan Manuel.

The Circle Line (Plaza Circular-May Day-Glorieta of Spain) will be studied vary your route to serve the City of Justice and Health Center Infante.

In addition the City Council is considering applying to the Department of Transport the power to serve as Young Futura, besides being a very demanded by the residents, their situation makes it practically belong to the urban sector.

Similarly other modification has been studied in the Ray 20 (Plaza Circular-Fleet-Ambulatory St. Mary of Grace) in order to optimize its route as it is the less used lines ..

All these changes, once approved by the commission, will be launched in the first quarter.

The primary objective of this Transport Quality Commission is to enable public transport is increasingly used, with a reasonable and affordable price and ease of mobility because it will allow us to reduce urban traffic impact of the motor vehicle, the pollution and economic spending.

So we study the suggestions, improvements, reviews and modifications should be introduced to improve the service and can be made by users via the municipal website for transportation companies, organizations and consumer users or through Federation of Neighborhood Associations.
