Loss of housing for thousands of people is a great social concern, which also affects the administration of justice.
Hence the Social Exclusion Observatory of the University of Murcia, with the collaboration of Classroom Debate, organized the conference "The mortgage law and the fundamental right to housing" by Joaquim Bosch Grau, Magistrate Judges and spokesman for Democracy.
The presentation will be borne by Jesus Rentero Jover, judge and member of that group.
The aim of the discussion is to study the limits of the mortgage law, how far are insufficient governmental action last decree, and raise new proposals to defend the fundamental human right to housing.
The talk will take place on Wednesday, December 12th at 19 pm in the Graduate Hall of the Faculty of Law of the Merced campus, and will be broadcast live at: http://tv.um.es/directo
