Antonio González Yagües, molinense 83, received yesterday from the Rector of the University of Murcia, José Antonio Cobacho, the Anonymous Solidarity Award XIII, which convenes each year the Faculty of Social Work at the educational institution and the Platform for Voluntary Region.
The award has been recognized by the volunteer work being done for decades in his hometown, Molina de Segura, especially in the neighborhood of Fatima, where the winner works so disinterested in the nursing home.
The award, consisting of a statue by sculptor Antonio Campillo, was held in the auditorium of the University, to coincide with the International Day of Human Rights, and the ceremony was also attended, among others, the Vice President for Students and Employment , Maribel Sanchez-Mora, and the Dean of Social Work, Enrique Pastor.
