Performing in Santomera in environmental activities and tutoring by university is the subject of the agreement signed today between the University of Murcia and the local council.
The document, which acceded to the mayor, José María Sánchez arts, and the rector, José Antonio Cobacho, be adjusted to the needs of the municipality and the possibility of working in other areas of volunteering, such as elderly care.
The signatories have agreed on the importance of working on projects that help people and that citizens perceive that public institutions are at your service.
The agreement has been driven by the Vice President for Student and Employment, directed by professor Maribel Sanchez-Mora, through its Service to Diversity and Volunteerism.
The signing, held at the building of Convalescence, also attended the rector of Coordination and Communication, María Ángeles Esteban, and the Councillor for Education and Culture, Maria Isabel Civic.
